Just now getting around to cleanup after Helene….much to do but progress starting. Also, if anyone needs sand, please come get some! Lol

So….its been a long time since we’ve updated. After my health took a turn last year, I was unable to do much of anything. I was able to get my transplant in March and I am doing SO MUCH BETTER! (Will share an update on all of that in a separate post)
I was finally able to start getting work done getting the bathhouse finished and such. I was about 1 weeks worth of work from being able to open the rentals and campsights before Helene hit. We have been set back a good bit (several months) from this as well as losing the beautiful campers and possibly even the cabins. We are still trusting God to provide and working on getting it back to (almost) where it was. We have sand for dayyyyysssss to move and find place for and so much cleanup. At some point we’ll get there. Again, sorry for the “radio silence” it’s been busy.

It’s been a minute due to health/weather etc but…we’re still making slow progress. An eventful day! Including someone hitting my gate…thankful it held!

What a blast! We had a church group gathering this Sunday afternoon. The biggest “party” yet and it was a blast!
