Basic listed price $450/night is for 3 bedrooms minimum 1-6 people stay, additional bedroom is provided for every 2 additional guests for $75/night for each additional guest. Single occupancy (additional bedrooms) are a subject of $75/room/night single occupancy surcharge.
Different meal plans could be offered for an additional charge.
