Well, as we approach the end of the season, and almost all of the leaves have left thier perches and fluttered down to cover the earth, we just want to thank our owners, Bob and Nancy, as well as all of our wonderful friends and guests here at Franklin RV Park for a really wonderful year! Hope you all have a trio of great holidays coming up through the end of 2011. Jeanne and Eugene!

Now we are busy, but having a ball! Pot Luck tonight on the pavilion! Temps in the low 70's by day and gorgeous sleeping weather of 50's at night. Looking forward to our visit with both the Bloomquists and the Bundys this weekend!

Busy weekend, but once again, (just like in Camelot), the nice cooling rain came after bedtime and was gone by morn. Life is Good in Franklin, North Carolina!

Well, we have only two more sites available for smaller rigs over the Labor Day weekend! We are filling fast with many repeat guests!

We had two BBQ Grill Masters in the park for the Mountain Hi BBQ festival. Both won prime prizes at the contest. One of them 1st place! We sure loved being their Guinea pigs!

All of us here at FRV are really looking forward to welcoming Stephanie and John back into the fold! Can't wait for you to get here on Saturday, just in time for the Mountain Hi BBQ Festival. (We will also have two competing Grill Masters in the park at that time, so maybe they will need "testers" for new recipes!

Sites are going fast around July 10th, when Rebecca White will be performing live her beautiful music on our pavilion. If you like Country, Jazz, or Blue Grass, you should definitely be here. Call us for your reservation!

We have just added horseshoe pits and bocce ball to the park's artillery of games and fun! Beware, Gene is getting in his practice!

Great weekend, a few campers who extended as they were not ready to give up the fun and atmosphere! We welcome their extended stay and two have already booked again for later this summer. We look forward to seeing you all!
