She spent decades leading nonprofits in El Paso. Now she's the one behind the counter at our gift shop, sharing the story behind every Pendleton blanket, every piece of artwork, every huckleberry pattern on the pottery.

Kathy Cox retired once. Then she found her way back to work, this time at Glacier Park Lodge, alongside her husband Sam, who's spent 14 summers here as a driver. She says the job is pure joy. Ask anyone who's walked out of that gift shop with a story instead of just a souvenir, and they'll tell you why.
