The Little Red House This house is affectionalty know as "the little red house". Its been in our family for many years and we are now able to offer it for summer or acedemic rental.

Its a perfect spot when visiting the greater New Haven area or shoreline. This home is available for acedemic rental as well as holiday and summer rental. It is 12 minutes to downtown New Haven.

No one wants to admit that September will be here before you know it! If its any consolation you can enjoy all that fall has to offer on the deck of the little red house. It will be available Sept . 1st for an academic rental.

Our 1 bedroom house is available for acedemic rental. Its located in Whalers Point which is a private enclave of homes on the mouth of the Farm River. It looks out to Long Island sound over Kelsey's Island. Its about 12 minutes to downtown New Haven.
