Every so often, I stop for a moment and remember how blessed we are to call this place home — and even more blessed that we get to share it with others.

Views like this are exactly why Eddy’s Motel means so much to us. It’s not just rooms, keys, and reservations. It’s peaceful mornings by the water, quiet moments under the Michigan sky, guests becoming friends, and memories being made right here in East Jordan.

Even under cloudy skies, the view here at Eddy's Motel never disappoints. Moments like this are a reminder that relaxation doesn't need sunshine to be beautiful — sometimes all you need is calm water, fresh air, and a place to slow down.

Good morning from Eddy’s Motel!

I wanted to take a moment to apologize for my absence yesterday. I was under the weather and had to take some time to rest and recover.

I also want to give a huge thank-you to our amazing employees for stepping up, keeping everything running smoothly, and making sure our guests were still taken care of with the same love and hospitality we strive for every day.

I’m truly grateful for the team we have here at Eddy’s Motel. It takes good people to keep a place feeling like home, and yesterday was a reminder of just how blessed we are.

Sarah Lee is here to remind everyone that Eddy’s Motel is proudly dog friendly! 🐾

We love welcoming our four-legged guests just as much as their humans. Our property has a large open yard with a beautiful creek flowing through it, and we want our guests to enjoy every bit of it.

Whether your pup needs room to stretch, sniff, explore, or just enjoy the fresh Up North air, there’s plenty of space here to make them feel right at home.

A big shoutout and thank you to Forever Yum Snack Trucks for stopping by Eddy’s Motel today! 🍦☀️

You truly boosted our morale and brought a lot of smiles to our motel crew and guests. There’s just something special about an ice cream truck pulling in on a beautiful sunny day — it brought back that simple, happy summer feeling we all needed.
