We are a family owned and operated rental business on Cape Cod for 48 years and counting! We have two partial waterfront properties and we're a steal compared to the other rental properties around us! Located just 10.5 mi (16 mins) from the Sagamore Bridge, that's just three exits past it, we're at an ideal distance from the highway and it will get you out of that summer traffic sooner than other

s so your vacation can begin as quickly as possible! Our location is also central to the popular town of Hyannis where you'll find the Cape Cod Mall, many restaurants, Main Street and other attractions. Our cottages are partial waterfront views and on a private beach which boasts hardly any crowds (except for the major exciting holidays of course), no trouble finding or paying for parking, and our own path from the house straight to the sun, sand and surf. We have a gas grill for our guests' use and some picnic tables for you to enjoy your meals in the beautiful summer weather. Exclusive to our properties is also a large courtyard filled with sand for you and your kids to play games in if you need a break from the beach. Our cottages are equipped with basic cable and password-protected wifi. As with most Cape rentals, we provide pillows, blankets, and bedspreads. Sheets are available to rent upon request. Please be prepared to bring toiletry supplies such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap for your week's stay. The Summer of 2020 is over and our last guests have left. When the Summer started, we had no idea how it would turn out due to COVID 19.
