Centrally located on the ocean side -- 1/2 hour from P'town and Hyannis, just 10 min. to Wellfleet or Orleans center, and only minutes from the beautiful National Seashore, it's great for families with young kids or teens -

- or a few couples! Take a jog to the beach, or hit the bike trail for easy access to everything! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, but steps from the bike trail -- you're an easy (less than 1 mile) bike ride away from Eastham's favorites: Arnold's, Ben & Jerry's, Sam's Deli, Nauset Ice Cream, Willey's World Fitness Center, the Red Barn and more!

Lots happening atThe Berrys' Cape House this winter! The blizzard of ‘26 dropped the neighbor’s huge oak in the backyard. We removed that and they removed several others. We expect a bit more sun in the yard this summer!
