It's time for another end of year, lets get it all booked up CRAZY SPECIAL! We have 3 weeks still available this year, so we are marking down November 3 - 10, November 17 - 24, December 14 - 21 to $750 plus tax at Coastal Exchange. And we have a 6 night Short week December 1 - 7 for $650. That's more of a discount than I like to think about. But what the heck, somebody needs to get to the beach, the cleaner needs to get paid, the management company needs their cut, and I'll end up with a little something to kick towards the mortgage. Great home!
When we booked the manager was very quick to respond. The house was very clean and decorated very nice. Just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely rent this one again.

Coastal Exchange was a good choice for us - not to big but very comfortable for 4 people. Good view of gulf and we were able to see the dolphins.

Coastal Exchange was very enjoyable. Excellent location, great view, perfect size for 4 adults, one child and 2 dogs. Can't wait to return!
