Sooo! This Hen Party quilt will be a late 4 year olds granddaughter’s birthday present. It turned into a sample quilt as I was taking a String and Story FMQ Online course. I did wood and straw in the chickens row and pebbles in the row below and meander around the flowers above and customized the flowers at the bottom. The first side of the border done in ruler work came out great, but I somehow lost it after that. I kept breaking thread and couldn’t get the spacing right. The third side only got one way lines and the fourth got switchbacks, but it is finished. Just needs binding. String & Story
