ECPA works with Aerial Adrenaline during the summer to provide once-in-a-lifetime (seriously) fireworks experiences across Wisconsin. 30-minute shows coordinated to a playlist of 40+ songs with stage lights and our full line array system. ***LONG POST ALERT***

After much deliberation, effective immediately, the EC Pro Audio showroom will be (temporarily) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

In 2023, I was one of Reverb.com’s Top 300 Sellers. Online sales accounted for roughly 95% of my total sales revenue. 4% of the remaining 5% came from non-Eau Claire residents traveling to the shop to make guitar/pro audio purchases in-store, or pick up items purchased through Reverb.com. This trend has continued in 2024. Local rentals and events have been very strong, but are booked entirely via phone or email, rarely from walk-ins during store hours.

Keeping store hours for the 1% of sale revenue from local customers does not make sense at this time and having different store hours based on the events of that week is confusing at best, frustrating at worst. Moving forward, specific rental pick-up and return windows will be assigned to each rental, repair drop-off and pick-up times will be assigned to each repair and guitar/bass/amp sales will be by appointment only.
