Chef Patrice Martineau's international & national award-winning experience includes the Chef de Cuisine position at Peter at the Peninsula in Tokyo, two-years as the youngest ever Executive Chef of the legendary London Savo

y Hotel, & being Executive Chef for the The Montage in Beverly Hills. He has experienced a longtime relationship with world acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud. Serving as Chef de Cuisine, he managed the kitchen at Michelin-starred Daniel in Manhattan for several years. Chef Martineau’s French inspired menus celebrate the bounty of the island. Delicious food accompanies a fine wine, an elegant conservatory dining room, & each detail needed to create true luxury. We request guests dress mindfully of the fine-dining atmosphere. The restaurant is not an appropriate setting for children under 14.
