fortable accommodations. All units include fully appointed kitchens with full-size appliances (two studios have convection ovens). Our family-friendly amenities include free wifi, free onsite parking, a pool, playground (closed this season because of COVID) and picnic grounds with barbecue grills. You can't beat our location. We're just steps from shops and restaurants on Edgartown's Main St. and a short walk from the Edgartown Harbor waterfront. We're around the corner from the bus stop, so you don't need to bring a car. It's a short drive or bike ride to the Island's best public beaches. A Martha's Vineyard vacation can be affordable when you stay at Edgartown Commons.

Rates go up on May1st making April the perfect month to book our existing inventory. We are so excited for our new season to start! Join us this year as we celebrate sunshine and salt water with the Jaws Fest, Pride Weekend, the Martha’s Vineyard Jazz Festival, BBQ’s on the lawn, Back Door Donuts and Jazz by the pool, lazy beach days, crazy good chef owned restaurants- don’t be shy, come on by.

The bittersweet end of summer has arrived, and we are wishing our extraordinary front desk assistant Kadie Dawkins farewell & best of luck as she returns to Jamaica to resume her studies this week! She will be in her final year at the University of the West Indies, majoring in tourism management. Kadie has been an invaluable team member at Edgartown Commons the past two summers, handling aspects of reservations, guest services and daily operations with remarkable skill & aplomb far beyond her years.

Our staff is truly our greatest treasure!
