It's rental season again! Another 5 star review

Our stay couldn't have been anymore spectacular. Gayle's place was super! Very clean. Had everything you could think of. Great location for traveling up and down the coast. Beautiful views and quiet little neighborhood. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. We can't wait to come back.

this is a great place to spend a vacation. The view is awesome and the location could not be better. It is close to everything you would want to do. The home itself is neat , clean and has all the amenities you could ever want. i would recommend this property to anyone that wanted a first class experience.
frankly Gayle if you ever sell this home i want first refusal. I am from Maine and i am looking for a full time summer/fall home and i would love to have this.

What a beautiful clean cottage....fantastic views which can be viewed from the lovely screened in porch....beds very comfy....full kitchen....nice quiet neighborhood....easy access to Boothbay Harbor and Rt.1.....wish I could have stayed longer..!!

Great location and home!

My husband and I took our newborn infants on a short vacation and this home was exactly what we needed. The location is very convenient right over the bridge from Wiscasset and within 20 minutes of Booth Bay. The size was perfect for us and the screened in porch was ideal for morning coffee and watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The community itself was quiet and Gayle was very responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend this place!

We wanted to be right in Boothbay Harbor but could not find anything in the time period and at a reasonable cost. The Main Hangout was just 10 minutes away and centrally located for all other locations. Any minor issues were immediately addressed by the owner. The cottage was stocked with many items (condiments) which we did not have to buy. The enclosed porch was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee and glasses of wine while watching beautiful sunsets. The showers had good pressure and warmed up quickly. Never ran out of hot water. Would we return? YOU BET!!! The only thing that was missing was my 35mm SLR and tripod for those glorious sunsets. Cell phones and iPads just don't do them justice.
