FUN FACT-✨🌟💫
Fireflies, Lighting Bugs, Glow Worms……whatever you called them, we all have fond memories from our youth! Did you know they only have 21 days to live??? I had no idea 🤷 of what it is takes to get here to exist only 21 days!

Well, here in East Texas, they are HUGE!! In fact, our forest is glowing every night! Come stay at Allen Acres and plan your nights under the stars. The stars at night are big and bright, deep in the heart of East Texas!!❤️🤠

When in Canton, a must to visit is The Picket Fence. They are on the “ main drag” in a white picket fence house just before 1st Monday. You will step back in time with many hidden treasures, local crafted and artisan goods, and farm fresh milk and Orange Juice. Oh my goodness once you try the orange juice and milk you never want store-bought ever again! They also have local beef, homemade sourdough bread and so many more goodies.
