🌴 A Bittersweet New Chapter for My Beloved Edisto Home 🌴

Dear friends,

After four of the happiest years of my life, I have made the very difficult decision to sell my beloved Edisto home, License to Chill. 💙

Owning a home on Edisto was a dream I first had when I was only 18 years old, and I will forever be grateful that I was able to make that dream come true. These years have given me more joy, wonderful memories, friendships, and salty-air happiness than I could ever put into words.

I poured my heart into this home. I painstakingly decorated and updated it with families in mind—not simply as a business, but as a place where people could walk through the door, kick off their shoes, relax, laugh, bring their dogs, and truly feel at home.

My philosophy was always simple: Come in and be yourself. You are my guest. ❤️

The home has been extensively upgraded and lovingly cared for, including appliances, HVAC, lift, furnishings, and so much more. It is a spectacular, incredibly well-built home just steps from the beach, and I hope its next owner will love it every bit as much as I have.
