Tranquility Edisto Less than 4miles from the beach & 1mile from the SC State Park Boat Landing, this is the place to unplug from the world and reconnect with family and friends.

Tranquility lives up to its name. Peace and quiet are the two most frequent words guests use in describing their visit. Staying in this wooded island neighborhood, you will truly come to understand why locals often refer to time here as "Edislow." Less than 4 miles from the beach, and 1 mile from the SC State Park Boat Landing, hiking/bike trails, and Interpretive Center, this is the place to unpl

ug from the world but reconnect with family and friends while enjoying island life. Tranquility is meant to be a retreat from busy life. It does not have internet connection, and cell service can be spotty. We have a limited collection of DVDs, but feel free to bring your own or rent from Red Box at the beach grocery store. Tranquility does not have cable TV and the digital TV antenna is absent or not functional most of the time. We want you to enjoy your vacation, and we understand that people find joy and relaxation in different ways. If unplugging makes you uncomfortable, please look at the many other options available on Edisto. It is a wonderful island and beach, and other properties are sure to have what you are looking for.

Thursday dinner is officially on the menu, so you can now join us for dinner Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4–8 PM this summer. Happy Hour has moved to 4–5 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, making it the perfect way to kick off your evening!
