Growing up I wasn't blessed with the beautiful skin that most people want, yet few people have. I knew wasn't alone in that, but I needed more. I wanted to learn, grow and be able to help others. My passion is to help people, and to give everyone confidence in their own skin (no pun intended). To help others not have to go through the years of dermatologist trials, over the counter meds, topical prescriptions, oral medications, etc. Yep, I took them all...and you know what? At the end of the day, nothing worked until I took the time to learn about skin health, product ingredients, and the effects of everything that you put in, or on, your body. Whether its aging skin, acne and breakouts, or rosacea, I am here to help you get the results you are looking for! It’s a journey and I am blessed to go on it with you!

Skincare Challenge:
For 10 days, after cleansing your face, ICE.

I don’t care how you do it:
Ice bath
Ice cube
Ice roller
Ice mold
JUST ICE

It’s incredibly good for your skin, ESPECIALLY if you have inflamed skin, inflamed acne, redness or rosacea.

Cleanse, ICE, gently pat dry but leave slightly damp and continue with regular skincare routine.

Man, I can’t believe we are here! The “Holidays” are right around the corner! I have a lot of clients booking their monthly facials, holiday party prep, etc., out for the remainder of the year! Dermaplane is an incredible treatment that’s main purpose is exceptional exfoliation. Using a surgical scalpel, we gently remove the top layer consisting of dead skin cells, debris and the blade will also help extract blackheads and blemishes from just under the surface. The removal of the peach fuzz (baby hair = vellus hair = whatever you choose to call it) is an added benefit. After dermaplane an enzyme is applied to ensure all the dead skin cells are removed and the skin is completely free of debris. Next, all the yummy stuff!
