Nic6 Maintenance

This A-frame is enjoying its first fall, and it’s been so rewarding to see how beautifully everything is coming together—from the home itself to how smoothly the rental is running!

Inside, the soaring ceilings, beautiful wood accents, cozy seating, and thoughtfully finished kitchen make it such an inviting space. We had a little fun adding fall touches—pumpkins, greenery, and warm textures that complement the house perfectly. Just enough to bring the season inside. 🤎

And the calendar speaks for itself! Strong bookings, guests enjoying the home, and the day-to-day care running smoothly are exactly what we love to see. So much work goes into keeping a rental comfortable, clean, welcoming, and ready for every arrival, and it feels good to see that effort paying off.

We’re proud of our part in caring for Whispering Woods and grateful for the trust and teamwork that keep it all going.

🪵 SNEAK PEEK — COMING TO TOWAMENSING TRAILS

We’ve been eyeing this beauty since we watched it arrive in the community on forklifts, and now we’re so happy to be part of its story!

A Cozy Cabins creation, thoughtfully curated by a trio of lifelong friends from Miami, these homeowners have done an incredible job turning a handcrafted log cabin kit into an absolute masterpiece. 🤎

This is where Nic6 comes in. The home is built, furnished and beautiful — now we take it through that final phase: finishing touches, coordinating skilled trades, learning every system, correcting the little new-build quirks and getting it completely STR-ready and launched.

And I’ve always wanted a true wooden beauty in our portfolio. 🪵🏡

Target launch: October 15th.

💚🩷 When you host the Broadway cast of WICKED… you go a little green & pink! 🩷💚

We had so much fun putting together this Wicked Welcome for some very special guests staying at Onyx Mountain Villa. ✨

Flowers, bubbly, coffee, tea, chocolates, snacks and plenty of little Wicked-inspired touches — because sometimes hosting is about more than providing a beautiful home. It’s about creating an experience guests remember.

This is the part of short-term rental management we LOVE — finding those opportunities to go beyond the expected and make a stay feel personal.

Before & After isn’t just about cleaning—it’s about protecting your investment.

At NIC6 Premium Services, we don’t just clean—we inspect, document, and preserve your property.

On this service we found:

* 🍳 Burned cookware that required a restoration cleaning to return it to service.
* 🍽️ Chipped dinnerware removed from inventory for guest safety.
* 🚰 Bathroom drain beginning to clog from buildup before it became a plumbing issue.
* 🧽 A kitchen left with a sink full of dishes requiring additional labor.
* 🔍 A full property inspection completed to identify maintenance concerns before the next guest arrived.

These are the details that protect your home, your guests, and your 5-star reviews.

Professional vacation rental care is more than making a house look clean—it’s maintaining the condition of your investment and catching problems before they become expensive repairs.
