What you don’t see: the hours of work that happen before we ever arrive at the venue.

For a typical event, our team can spend at least 15–20 hours in the shop preparing everything before it’s ready to go out the door.

It’s one of the parts of event design couples often don’t realize is happening behind the scenes. Long before setup begins, we’re already working to make sure every detail is ready for the day you’ve envisioned.

Because the transformation may happen on event day—but the work starts long before then.
