New improvements coming to our Lot 104! A gas firepit has been added, patio expanded even bigger, and bricks added along side the pad all the way to the street. We also had a palm tree added and more bushes are going in shortly!

Our beautiful pull-in Lakefront Lot is still available for Dec 2022, Jan 2023 and April - Oct 2023. December is $1100 for the month plus electric. Jan, Apr-Oct is $1200 for the month plus electric. Resort community with Clubhouse, pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, dog park, exercise room and next door to Soldier's Creek Golf Course. Located between Foley, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida. Call me at 941-744-7656 for more information. This resort accepts Class A and Class C Motorhomes at least 28' feet in length, Super C's, and 5th Wheels at least 28' in length. Motorhomes must be less than 15 years old (or pre-approved to stay) and 5th Wheels must be less than 10 years old.
