**SEVEN YEARS IN THE MAKING… AND FINALLY, A HARVEST!**

Seven years ago, we planted **30+ Elderberry plants** all around our property.

Some thrived, some struggled, and along the way we learned something important… Elderberries **LOVE clean water!**

This year, for the very first time, we finally had enough to harvest our own. Every berry was **handpicked right here on our property.**

That feels like a WIN!

And now… our **first small batch of homemade Elderberry Syrup** is ready!

A little reminder from nature…

A sweet friend gifted me this beautiful trumpet plant, and yesterday it gave me the sweetest surprise—it bloomed. 💛

It made me think about how much life happens beneath the surface. We water, nurture, wait, and sometimes wonder if anything is happening at all… and then suddenly, bloom.

Yoga reminds me of the same thing. Growth doesn’t always happen where we can see it. Sometimes the most beautiful transformation is quietly taking place within us, long before anyone else can see the flowers.
So if you’re in a season of waiting, growing, healing, or simply finding your way—keep nurturing yourself. Keep showing up. Keep trusting the process.
