With 44 acres to explore, the grounds truly have something for everyone to enjoy (even your four-legged family members). Kick back and relax by our sparkling swimming pool, work up a sweat on the hiking trails, partake in some friendly competition with horseshoes or on the sand volleyball or basketball court. Park your own RV for a couple days during a road trip, or rent one of our cozy and well-maintained cabins. S’mores: a timeless tradition of sharing food, fire, and unsolicited marshmallow advice.

Speaking of advice, nothing says togetherness quite like passing around a stick covered in melted marshmallow. Here are a few quick tips for achieving that marshmallow perfection:

🔥 For that light golden-brown color and perfectly cooked interior, find the subtle heat at the edge of the fire and be patient.
OMG! THE WHOLE THING IS ON FIRE!!!

🔥 We’re okay. Take two. There is a season (turn, turn, turn). Frequently rotate your marshmallow as it hovers over the embers rather than directly over the flames.

🔥 Putting a marshmallow directly over the flames may look like a faster cooking method, but the intense heat will quickly char the outside leaving the inside tough and cool. Some people like the char. Go with what feels right.

🔥 One final word of caution: You may be tempted to swing your roasting stick back and forth at high speed, causing a flaming marshmallow to catapult through the air making unexpected contact with your friend’s tent…or your friend.

Why just sell your goods when you can camp, eat, and win bragging rights too?

2nd Annual Market Days at Majestic Oaks RV Park & Campground is back on Saturday, Oct 10th (10 AM–4 PM), and we want YOU! Rent an RV site, set up your booth, and show us what you've got. 🏕️

But wait, there’s a delicious catch. Once the market wraps, the real competition begins with our Crock-Pot Cook-Off that evening. May the best slow-cooker win. Starts at 6:00 in the pavilion. 🍲

To top off the perfect fall day, we’ll be gathering around the campfires for gooey s’mores and the incredible country music of Jason Earl performing live! 🎸🔥Starts at 7:00…..ish! 😁🇺🇸
