Park Motor Inn A small Inn with clean rooms, comfortable beds, all the amenities and a friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable rate is $89.99+ tax per night.

All rooms are non smoking but guests are allowed to smoke on the premises. Each room has a small refrigerator, microwave, full bath, A/C, WiFi, cable and separate entrance. Relax outside in one of our Adirondack chairs among the flowers reading, reflecting, listening to the birds, etc. Special rates for guests staying 8 consecutive nights or longer. Free WI-FI and cable, off street parking, walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy and convenience shop, florist plus a great breakfast diner and a couple of nice restaurants. Hospital and school located across the street. The Park Motor Inn is within 12 miles of the High Peaks area, 25 miles of Lake Placid, 9 miles of Lake Champlain, 6 miles of Lincoln Pond and approx. 90 miles of Montreal, Canada. At the Park Motor Inn you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

This is from the top of the fire tower at the top of Poke-O-Moonshine Mountain, just 20 minutes from the Park Motor Inn. It's just as beautiful as the hiking trails near Lake Placid, but no crowds and no overflowing parking lots!
