Harbor Days week has arrived! 🎉

There’s plenty happening around Elk Rapids over the next few days, and we hope you’ll join us.

Join us tonight from 6–9 PM on River Street as we kick off the Harbor Days Festival with Evening on River Street. Then keep the fun going with the Early Bird Community Paddle on Thursday, followed by the Elk Rapids Farmers Market and Arts & Crafts Show on Friday.

The 1930’s gas station at Paradise Pines Resort is back to its old self after doing battle with a giant white pine this past winter! Thanks to Jody Pringle (Pringle Home Services) and the Mixers (Lynn and Dan) for all their help!

Carl and I have been traveling in some remote areas for the past month that have been lacking in cell phone coverage. If you have been trying to reach us at Paradise Pines Resort and haven’t heard back, we will be able to get calls again beginning March 25. Just wanted to send out a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped with our storm damage today!!! We had a couple of trees rip out at the roots and one took out our beloved old gas station house from Paradise Pines early days. The village response from people offering to help has been overwhelming! We are not in Michigan, but our neighbor Mike Johnson was on it and our good friends Jody Pringle and Lynn and Danny Mixer were right there to help save the day! We also had people just stop to help out, so amazing! We just can’t thank everyone enough!!🥰🥰🥰🥰
