Thanks to the coordination of Grounds Manager Mark Roehrig, more than 40,000 fathead minnows were recently released into our Courtyard Pond by aquatic biologist Robb Langjahr. These small fish help support a healthy pond ecosystem by assisting with algae control, reducing mosquito larvae, providing a food source for other fish, and offering many other environmental benefits. Thank you to Kim Elias from the Elkhart Lake Improvement Association for joining us during the release.

This 6-9 month paid program provides hands-on experience across the departments that shape the guest experience, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance & Grounds, Restaurants, and Events & Banquets. You'll work alongside department mentors, resort leaders, and an executive sponsor while building the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.
