Here is a general map for the weekend!
Camping opens Friday morning. There are a limited amount of hookups, first come first serve for camping. Cost is $40 for hookup and $30 for dry camping per night which is the fee for the fairgrounds use.
Please see new assigned pit areas and staging. We changed this due to the entrance and exit into the track becoming way too congested. We will talk about this at the riders meeting to make it more clear.
You must enter at iraceready.com to select your class. There are directions on the website for RaceReady on how to build a “profile”. If you already have a profile built from tracks that use it like Moto Pacific, you can skip this step. Please make sure your number on your bike matches the number you sign up with……YOU MUST HAVE NUMBERS ON YOUR BIKE!!!!
Please respect the “assisted parking” areas at the front of the parking lot and leave them for those who truly need it. If they become full, we will be running two side by side shuttles back and forth from the gates to the upper parking lots.
NEW THIS YEAR! PRO PITS!
Please see Pro Pits area. Both Pro Men and Pro Women will be allowed to pit inside the gates with a 10x10 pop tent only, no vehicles allowed. By allowing both Pro classes in this location, we will have an autograph signing session/pictures between 3pm to 4pm or as they allow.
Pro Bull Riders will also have an autograph signing/picture session at the same time between 3pm to 4pm or as they allow on the wall east of the stripping chute under the Buckaroo Grandstands.
We have many food vendors coming this year so come hungry and support these great local businesses and menus!
Please remember to be respectful and responsible for yourself, pit area and camping spot. We always try to leave little to no footprint in this great facility and appreciate your help with this so we can continue to have this event for years to come.
The Ryan Thompson Memorial Beer Garden will open Saturday at Noon. Come have a few beers for a great cause and sit in the best seats for viewing all the action!
Friday practice will be between 5pm to 9pm. We will run 6 10 minute sessions four times. It doesn’t sound like a lot of time but trust me, you will be exhausted. Most don’t out for there last practice. It’s a great way to ride the same track you will be racing on the next day….we highly encourage it!
Friday Practice Schedule, Saturday Morning Practice Schedule and Saturday Qualifying Times will be posted tomorrow. Main Event schedule will be posted after qualifying on Saturday.
