One of our favorite parts of having White Pine Supper Club connected to The Ellison Inn is seeing the beautiful food coming out of the kitchen each night. ✨

Tonight’s feature sounds incredible 🍒
Blackened swordfish with brown butter mash, charred asparagus, beurre blanc, and fresh cherry cucumber salsa.

Pair it with the Falernum Cherry Mule for the perfect Door County summer evening. 🍸

🔥 The annual Fyr Bal Festival is almost here in Door County, and Ephraim is getting ready for one of the most magical weekends of the year. Bonfires along the shore, live music, celebration, and the tradition of “burning winter away” make this one of our favorite weekends in Northern Door County.

As we get ready for an exciting new chapter with White Pine Supper Club at The Ellison Inn, we also want to take a moment to celebrate and support the incredible team behind our winter residency, Shoreline Restaurant.

Their creativity, hard work, and warm hospitality helped bring so much life and energy to our lounge this winter, and we are so grateful for the memories created together.

We’re excited to share that Shoreline officially reopens for the season at their original home in Gills Rock on May 5th! Make sure to stop in and support them this season.

Thank you again to Bob, Mekaila, and the entire Shoreline crew for your winter residency with us. We couldn’t be happier for you all as you head into another season back in Gills Rock. 🤍
