Coming in late 2025, 1875 House will feature 55 modern rooms designed for comfort and convenience. With 26 king rooms, 14 queen rooms, and 15 double queen rooms, the new hotel will be perfect for corporate travel or a family weekend.

Included in your stay will be a daily continental breakfast, high speed WiFi, an exercise room, and free on-site parking. As part of the Ascend Collection of hotels, Choice Privileges members will earn points with every stay.

There’s a lot happening in Acadia! Yesterday, park staff reopened many park roads, including Park Loop Road and Cadillac Summit Road, for the season. The park also released Cadillac Summit Road reservations on recreation.gov. Vehicle reservations are required to drive on Cadillac Summit Road May 21-October 26, 2025.

When planning your trip, make sure you have your park pass, your vehicle reservations, and any gear you need to be safe and warm!
