Pool update! New liner is in (looks great!) and we are just waiting for the pool water to get warmer---maybe tomorrow, hopefully Thursday at the latest. Thank you for your patience!!

Maintenance has completed the updates in unit 36. The wall paper was removed; walls were mudded, sanded, and repainted in a light welcoming color that has really lightened the unit up. They also installed new elongated toilets in all the bathrooms.

Maintenance is now in the process of updating unit 57. The wall paper boarder has already been removed and they are currently mudding before painting the unit. New flooring will be installed in the kitchen; the wainscot coat in the bedroom has been replaced with sheetrock, and the toilets will also be replaced.

Housekeeping is still busy deep cleaning units & carpets in the units are presently being shampooed.

New linen shower curtains, gray blackout curtains, and small appliances have been purchased for many of the units.
