We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team! We are looking for employee who is reliable, responsive, and local.

This role requires a smartphone and a vehicle.

Responsibilities: Responsible for overall management of 3 Airbnb properties, 11 units in total.

o Directing and assisting Assistant Manager with coordination with cleaning & maintenance

o Responsible for ensuring cleaning coverage of turn overs

o Responsible for guest calendar management and communication

o Guest support during stay

o Problem solving with various vendors, guests and concerns

o Communication with owners
