🚨 BWCA Update – July 28 🚨

There is some progress. The Phase 2 reopening adds several additional entry points in the Gunflint and Tofte Districts. Here in the Kawishiwi District, Little Gabbro Lake is the only entry point reopening.

We're hopeful additional Ely-area entry points will reopen as conditions continue to improve. The Forest Service continues to assess conditions regularly, and we'll share any updates as they become available.
