This used to be a vacation rental, but it's my home now. I rent one room through a lodger month to month arrangement. One person only, no smoking, no pets.

It was a 4 bedroom 2 bath home, but now 2 of the bedrooms have been converted to offices.

One is set aside for the me, the owner, but the other is available to the lodger, as are all the common areas pictured in the home. I travel a lot so you might not see me for months at a time.

There is also a washer and dryer in the garage. One parking spot is available for the lodger to use too.

Other important things to note. It's extremely close to the beach, which means you can fall asleep listening to the waves at night.

All utilities are included. We have super fast internet... Gigabit WiFi.

Also, this is a fully furnished rental. Ideal for someone who doesn't have any furniture and needs flexibility.

$3750 per month, w/ 1 month deposit.
