The property boasts the largest Banyan tree in the state of Florida (verified by the FL state Forestry Service), a Bald Eagle pair that utilizes a tall Norwegian Pine to perch, and an Osprey that sometimes competes with them for that perfect lookout for fish to catch. During warm months of March-October schools of baitfish swim by while larger game fish drive them to shore in a feeding frenzie satisfying even the most discerning angler. Dolphin pairs or pods can be spotted almost daily swimming along the beach on their feeding runs, and if you’re really lucky you may see a Manatee swimming along the beach, or in Lemon Bay from the private dock on the property.
