An update for everyone. Our house was taken down by hurricane Milton and we have been working hard to get all the permits, floor plans, and Contractor to start rebuilding our new home. This home will also be a duplex, however it will be 1200 ft.² each. Identical on both sides like the last home. It will be on 16 foot pilings with an elevator for each side. It will have an upstairs, covered ,private balcony with huge sliding doors overlooking the ocean. It will have two king bedrooms with a double vanity bathroom. Downstairs will be private decks for each side. This design will have complete privacy for both sides. When the building gets farther along, I will start posting pictures as it is being constructed. I hope to have my previous Renters back as you have all been wonderful and look forward to my new renters as well. 💕
