I noticed this morning that there have been multiple posts from different “people” that posted a link to purchase shirts for alumni within the last 24 hours.

These are all scammers and I have adjusted the group page to not allow these types of posts. If by chance you start seeing these, please message me so I can adjust the settings accordingly.

As a reminder, NEVER click on a link promoting to purchase within this group.

Enjoying my last evening staying at property my father turned into a Campground. Maybe, I’ll get to enjoy it again once it’s resold, but not with those who currently own it.

Here’s to many found memories and fun times! ❤️

Received a letter on my camper door (that was placed this past weekend). While it doesn’t surprise me, curiosity got the better of me so I asked Jaime on the reason why.

It was recommended by their lawyer as a “conflict of interest”. I followed by a “how” and didn’t really get an answer, other than “missing permits”. So I asked if they are giving any other seasonals that were customers of my parents this letter as well? I received a “no”.

I know they have the right to not renew a contract for next season regardless of any circumstance. A change of mind or just not working out is completely legal. This really doesn’t surprise me and was actually expecting this outcome. This does make me sad though, since it was a place that I’ve spend 36 years at.

If you’re a current seasonal, did you receive a letter too?

Our heartfelt condolences and sympathy are with Shaun & Jaxon and all the Couture family during this time. You all are in our prayers during this difficult time. Val was a great lady and she’ll be missed tremendously.

Hi,

Mom and Dad have a few words to share with everyone so they are Working putting pen to paper and I’ll share them with all of you within the week.

I’d personally like to Thank my Parents for the wonderful place that was built on a dream. It’s kind of like the movie, Field of Dreams. “If you build it, they will come”. And boy, did you all come. This campground opened in 1988 (I was a whopping 6 years old 🫣). I’ve seen and learned many things. Made many memories (especially the Fireworks) and the witnessing the mass amount of campers for The Grateful Dead concerts.

While my Parents time to run the campground has come to an end, there is no doubt in my mind that they’ve passed the flame to a great couple. They’ll be changes but I look forward to what’s next.

Thank you for following your dream, which has touched so many of our lives.

I love you both! ❤️

Friends, Shorty and Wanda’s daughter, Sara posting-

I am in need of some help with a send off for Mom and Dad early next year. If you have any photos or videos of them and or of the Campground starting when they opened (1988) all the way to this past season, would you please share them with me?

I am working on a video of through the years that will be shared at a later date.

Please send them to me via messenger (Sunshine Sara) (I have a Saint Bernard puppy profile picture) or via email at [email protected]

Please keep in mind this is a SURPRISE and not to mention anything to my parents if you see them.

Thank You for your help, it’s greatly appreciated.

Sara
