A quick update on your orders: Unfortunately, continued delays with our decorator means that the apparel items won't make it before Christmas as we'd planned.

The good news? We're shipping the remaining balances of your orders today! While the holiday timing is affected, we're hustling to get your items to you ASAP. As soon as the apparel items are available, they will be shipped out separately at no additional cost to you.

As of today, we have refunded all reservations through June 30th, 2023. Each reservation will receive an email when we have completed the refund process. As we begin refunding July 2023 reservations, please keep in mind you may be receiving a phone call from the Red Coconut staff during business hours if your credit card fails to process the refund. The caller ID will be from 239-463-7200 and will show as a Fort Myers Beach location.

We hope everyone is healthy & safe and staying warm this winter. As of today, all reservation deposits through May 31, 2023, have been refunded by check or returned to original credit card that was used. We continue working every day to ensure all reservations are fully refunded. During the process, we have had the pleasure of speaking with some of you over the phone to clear up any credit card issues, which has been remindful of how our guests are so kind and caring towards our staff and the park! It's always great to hear from our wonderful friends that have stayed with us throughout the last 42 years. As we work our way through the June 2023 reservations, you may be receiving a phone call from the Red Coconut staff during business hours if your credit card fails to process the refund. First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude to all our caring guests and friends who have left condolence comments on our page. The outpouring support you have all shown us during this time of mourning for our owner Tom Myers has been incredibly warming for our family! Thank you for helping us live on with his happiest memories.

As always, we like to repay the graciousness with frequent updates regarding the refund process. As of today, all reservations through April 30th, 2023, have been refunded either by credit card, or mailed by check. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we are working daily to make sure that your deposit is refunded. If you have reservations starting in May 2023 or later, you may be receiving a phone call from the Red Coconut staff during business hours if your credit card fails to process. It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Myers, long time owner of the Red Coconut and resident of Fort Myers Beach. Tom’s passing was peaceful, surrounded by his family and loving wife of 65 years, Fran Myers. Please be respectful and give the family time to grieve and process this significant loss. We ask that you keep the Red Coconut Family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate through this difficult time.

Business operations will be suspended until Monday, January 16, 2023. At this time we have completed refunds through March 31st and have started refunding April reservations. The deposit refund process will resume on
January 16th along with responding to emails.
