Hometown Heroes Weekend kicks off at Jellystone Park™ Estes Park August 21-23! 🚒💙 This weekend is our chance to say thank you to the police officers, firefighters, EMTs, nurses, and military members who serve our communities every day.

Meet Yogi Bear™ at the Hometown Heroes celebration all weekend! Expect tug of war, laser tag, rides on our iconic 1955 fire truck, and a discount on campsites for our hometown heroes. Thank you for everything you do, this weekend is for you 🙏

Let's talk about one of Jellystone Park™ Estes Park's most beloved activities: our fire truck rides!! 🚒 Yes, it's a real vintage fire truck. Yes, your kids will absolutely lose it in the best way. Yes, the parents are equally into it.

There's something magical about piling the whole family onto our historic firetruck and cruising around the campground together. It's one of those memories kids talk about for years — "Remember when we rode on a REAL fire truck?!"

One of the most magical things about staying at Jellystone Park™ Estes Park? Rocky Mountain National Park is RIGHT there 🏔️🦌 And in summer, wildlife viewing is absolutely stunning. Elk, mule deer, moose, bighorn sheep, hawks, mountain bluebirds...RMNP is one of the best wildlife-watching destinations in the country.

Dawn and dusk are peak viewing times near Estes Park. Slow down, bring binoculars, and let your family experience animals in their natural habitat. The kind of nature moment kids never forget.
