Nicky's Resort is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent. Duties include, but are not limited to:

-Guest Services (providing recommendations, etc)
-Checking guests in/out
-Creating reservations, cancelling reservations, etc
-Assisting guests via phone, email, and in-person
-Communicating with other staff regarding bookings, rooms, etc
-Working in a beautiful location helping people have a wonderful experience in Estes Park

Part time, 1 consistent day per week from 9am-7pm (10 hour shift)*, during the winter. In the summer, hours will increase depending on availability and needs, likely to 5 days a week with 5 hour shifts, roughly.

*Room for extra hours in case of vacations or sicknesses. This is a year round position.

Hotel/motel front desk experience preferred but not necessary!

Staying in Estes Park? One great way to visit destinations along the Bear Lake Road corridor is to ride the Hiker Shuttle.

The Hiker Shuttle transports visitors from the Town of Estes Park Visitor Center to RMNP's Park & Ride Transit Hub. Once at Park & Ride, users can transfer to Rocky's in-park shuttles to explore Bear Lake, Glacier Gorge, Moraine Park, and more.

Hiker Shuttle Tickets are available through Recreation.gov. They are released at 5:00 pm the night before your desired arrival date.
