Passiflora incarnata aka Passion Fruit. Native American name Mahcawq. Later Anglicized to Maypop. Stems, leaves and flowers make a nice sedative tea, and the fruit is delicious if you get it ripe (before the critters do)

We are thankful to the guests that have made us a success.
Truth be told, we have been neglectful of the benefits of keeping a current page. That is about to change.
We have been busy tending to our guests. We now have 36 sites. Spring pictures coming soon.
We have also opened our Laundry & Shower/Changing rooms. These services and use of the machines (3 washers, 3 dryers, 2 shower/changing rooms with constant hot water) is free to our guests (keep it it clean to keep it free).
The laundry room also has a ping pong table for guests use. There may be some balls and paddles there but plan on supplying your own.
Country Livin RV Park at Sugarland Ranch is a nice place to be for me. The land is coming alive around us in what looks to be a beautiful spring.

We have 14 brand new sites, 10 Pull Thru & 4 Back-ins. Full hookup 50/30/20electricity, water, sewer & FREE Wifi throughout the park.

Relax in the peace & beauty of this friendly, natural environment. Surrounded by Sugarland Ranch on picturesque “Blackberry Ridge” in the Tennessee hills, where deer & wild turkey are a common sight & the sunsets are spectacular. Looking up, you’ll likely see hawks, doing lazy circles in the sky, or be mesmerized by the turning of the still-functioning, old-world windmill in the middle of the park. Horse drawn buggies are the mode of transportation in the nearby Amish community (Please share the road with them safely). Country Livin’ means you’re in good company. Get to know the friendly faces in the park and surrounding rural community to experience all Country Livin’ has to offer.

Conveniently located not far from Lawrenceburg, off Hwy 43, which leads to Columbia, Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood & Nashville going north. Huntsville Alabama to the south. If it’s on your way, Country Livin’ is a great place to rest before reaching your final destination. If you work in the area, or Country Livin’ is just for you, we have Rates by Day, Week or Month, so you can stay however long you need!

There are nearby Waterfalls & State Parks, Old Fashion Creameries right on their farm, small Wineries in their vineyards, Golf Courses, Farm based Fresh Produce, Meats and Dairy, a first-rate Building & Hardware Store, Gas stations & a Dollar General. The 20-minute drive into Lawrenceburg will bring you to Super Walmart, Kroger’s, Restaurants of all sorts, and any other needs, including a Tractor Supply & Harbor Freight. Antiques are everywhere.
