For those of you who didn’t know, we actually have a unit called Pen Pen’s Flower Shop here at Hogsveil Cottages! 🌸

And guess what? There really is a Pen Pen and today is her birthday! So of course, we have to embarrass her just a little by sharing her story. 🎉

Pen Pen was Little Dawn’s babysitter… though honestly, “babysitter” doesn’t quite cover it. She was (and still is) like a second mom. Our families were always close while I was part of the Stanley family, Pen Pen, Boskey, Allen and Lee were part of the Harden family.

Now when Pen Pen comes to visit, she even gets to stay in her very own room named after her! 💐 And these days, she’s not just a second mom to Little Dawn—she’s become a second mom to all the Elves here at Hogsveil.

Happy Birthday, Pen Pen! We love you so much! 💖
