TEXAS-STYLE BBQ CATERING & PRIVATE EVENT PACKAGES!

Whether you're planning a family reunion, birthday celebration, company gathering, holiday party, or just a weekend getaway with family and friends, we're exploring the possibility of offering authentic, award-winning Texas-style barbecue as an optional add-on to your lodge experience!

🍖 POSSIBLE MENU OPTIONS:

- Slow-smoked Texas-style brisket
- Tender, smoked pork ribs
- Hickory-smoked pulled pork
- Grilled steaks
- Smoked sausage

We would offer customized barbecue packages for groups of 2–30 people, with pricing based on your group size and menu selections.

Packages could include food preparation, and setup right at Busch Mountain Fishing Lodge. With an experienced Pitmaster to cook right at the Lodge for your convenience.

Imagine spending the day fishing Beaver Lake or the White River, then returning to the lodge to enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner without having to worry about cooking!

Or bring the family together for a holiday celebration and let us take care of the food while you enjoy your time together.

It was a happy birthday for Calan, a young angler from Kansas, who caught this impressive 25-inch rainbow on the Beaver Lake tailwater recently. We would say this birthday trip to northwest Arkansas worked out wonderfully. Thanks to Austin Kennedy of Busch Mountain Fishing Guide Service, a weekly contributor to the Fishing Report, for passing along the photo. More of Austin’s report is below, where he says there are fish to catch, but like everywhere else around Arkansas, some rainfall would do the area good.
