Great weekend getaway!

My wife and I decided our Valentine's Day gift to each other would be a weekend trip to Eureka Springs and the Blue Crystal Hideaway was a perfect fit for everything we were looking for.
Private, cozy, well maintained and beautiful antique furniture. It's within walking distance to downtown and a great restaurant (Ermilio's) is right around the corner.
When we booked the cottage we weren't aware that the "Eureka Gras" parade was on the Saturday we were staying, so the Mardi Gras feel was an extra nice surprise!
The locally baked muffins with OJ and sparkling wine for mimosas in the morning was another great touch.
It was an all around great place to relax and unwind in between shopping, wine tasting, parading, cocktails and dinner.
Booking was a breeze and all directions were clear and well explained. We had no issues during our stay, so there was nothing to be resolved.
One word of caution, the stairs to the bedroom are a bit steeper and narrower than they appear in the pictures. It wasn't a problem for us, it was more just a running joke. I'm not getting any younger and the wife is still just a tad balky from a past broken ankle. Just something to be aware of if you have any mobility issues.

The Blue Crystal Hideaway was a fabulous place to stay. Private and conveniently located in the middle of Eureka Springs. Kathy & Gary were terrific and everything was taken care of for us upon arriving. And the Hideaway itself was absolutely charming.
Amazing and Gorgeous Cottage in great location!

We stayed at Blue Crystal Hideaway for our anniversary, and it was amazing! The cottage is fenced off and not on the street itself, so it is super quiet. There was only one cottage, so we had no one around us and had a lot of privacy. It's also only a few blocks from main street so one, there was no traffic near us, and two, we could just walk down to the shops and restaurants. The owners, Kathy and Gary, were super sweet and helpful. We will most definitely be checking the availability here before anywhere else in hopes to stay here again! Amazing!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and fell in love with this property. It is private and secluded, yet convenient to the trolley. There is fabulous food at Ermillio's and Oscar's Cafe around the corner. We sat on the porch and a deer walked right by us through the back yard! It was stocked with everything we needed, with very personal touches throughout the home. We called it our "loveshack" all weekend because it is so romantic! The towels were fluffy, the sheets were soft, and the complimentary muffins were to die for...we definitely recommend this property for couples!
