Introducing the Rooftop Collection—three new rooms on the sixth floor, officially open and booking now!

Originally opened in 1905 as the Roof Garden and Sun Parlor, this space later became the Lucky 7 Billiard Parlor during the hotel’s colorful Parkhill years. Today, pine floors, ballroom dance lights, and tall stained-glass windows overlooking Basin Spring Park connect the rooms to that history.

William Morris-inspired design, carefully selected furnishings, and high-end bedding complement the historic setting. Spacious bathrooms feature double vanities and walk-in showers, and each stay includes a complimentary glass and drink at Jack Rabbett’s.

Book your stay above downtown Eureka Springs in the Rooftop Collection!
