Dear Clients, Landlords and Fellow Business Associates:

I have closed Rental Helpers officially as of Winter 2012/2013. I had hoped to avoid closure. Due to continuing issues and circumstances beyond my control, including a serious potential risk to my safety and anyone I might partner with or employ, it has been unavoidable.

I apologize to those who have attempted contact via email, phone or the page. As you can imagine, this has been a very challenging time with many changes and some things slipped through the cracks. The lack of response was not intentional.

I appreciate each and every one of the people I have had the privilege to serve and assist. It has truly been a blessing and many clients and landlords have become friends.

A blog will be posted soon with the details surrounding the issues that caused the closure. Links will be available on the page and website.

I want to thank you for your past business and tell you how much I have enjoyed having you as a customer and client.

Rental Helpers is closing for winter, until Spring of 2013. Ready for a solid break and time to work on some important long term goals that have been on the back burner. The office will be reopening Spring of 2013. Thank you for your support!

Be careful on the beaches and keep your eyes on the water. :)

Sneaker Waves are waves that can surprise beachgoers by running up on a beach significantly farther than other waves or over outcroppings. Sneaker Waves are preceded by lulls in wave activity of up to 30 minutes. Beachgoers encountering Sneaker Waves can be knocked down and dragged into the ocean. With coastal water temperatures in the mid 50s, survival can be difficult once in the ocean. A long period wave train will arrive on Saturday resulting in an increased Sneaker Wave threat Saturday into Sunday. Beachgoers should watch the waves and avoid rocky outcroppings and jetties as large breaking waves can develop without warning. Remember, never turn your back on the ocean!
