Things are clean and ready for the season thanks to a couple pro's, Erica and Bev! Some new steps, a little paint and a couple other little things taken care of. The cover looks great and it is shaping up to be another good season. Won't be long now!

Only a few groups have rebooked for next year so far, so there is quite a bit of availability.
Thanks again and here's to hoping for a mild winter and a successful hatch for 2025! ~ Dave

Some more new flooring, a little bigger TV and a couple other odds and ends done this week in preparation for the season in addition to a thorough cleaning. Temps ranged from 101 to 44 within 2 days but everything looks great. Habitat looks very green and healthy. A month and a half and we'll be back at it! This season should be a good one!

Got some new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom this week despite some high heat! Conditions and habitat looks great and there is zero drought condition here currently! Driving around every evening I saw piles of roosters, more than I can ever remember! So with more timely rains and a good remainder of the nesting season this fall should be one to remember!

Call or message for open weeks and 2023 rates.
135 days to the opener!!!
