We're proud to share that our own Dinka Beganovic has been selected for the Agent of the Future initiative this week at CCW Europe, a program for high-performing contact center agents.

Only 20 places are offered across the industry. Dinka earned one of them, and it's easy to see why.

She brings a genuine passion for customer experience and a curiosity that never quite switches off. She looks beyond the task in front of her to ask how things could be better, for customers and colleagues alike. As a Backup Team Leader, she already shows the kind of leadership potential this program is built to nurture.

At Agent of the Future, Dinka will step away from the day-to-day to explore emerging trends, connect with peers across the industry, and dig into where customer service is heading next. She'll return with fresh perspectives, and we can't wait to see what she does with them!

Last weekend, our Sarajevo team joined thousands of people at Race for the Cure. They walked and ran to raise awareness and stand with everyone affected by breast cancer. Thank you to every colleague who laced up and made it count.

The DDC Group was proud to support Magnum Transportation’s 21st Annual Driver Appreciation Golf Tournament, celebrating the drivers who keep our industry moving.

Our own Leah Drake joined the Magnum team for a great day on the course, with tournament fundraising also giving back to Magnum’s Adopt-A-School partner, Madison Elementary in North Fargo.
