Doc Warner’s Alaska Halibut Salmon Fishing; the only name for a fishing adventure in “The Last Frontier.” Doc Warner’s was started by Mark Warner, Ph.D. After 10 years fishing every nook and cranny in Southeast Alaska, and 8 years as Chief of the State’s Sport Fish Research, “Doc” Warner finally found the perfect location to build the perfect fishing adventure destination. Spectacular scenery, abundant wildlife, and, most importantly, FISH! Doc found the ideal location to offer beginners and experts alike the chance to catch the fish of a lifetime and experience the adventure of a lifetime. Doc’s legacy continues with his son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Kristina who make sure you’ll always remember the only name for adventure in Alaska--Doc Warner’s Alaska Halibut Salmon Fishing.

I have fish all around the world . From remote mountain streams to adventures miles offshore in the deep ocean. I must say Doc Warners would have to rate as some of the most amazing and enjoyable fishing I’ve had.
A trip to Alaska to catch a halibut was a huge life long quest and Doc Warners tick all the boxes……Now I have to work on a plan to get back here soon.
Huge thanks to the entire crew at Doc Warners. The hospitality, friendly professional staff work so hard to make everyone’s trip a success.

Another great week of catching salmon, halibut, rock fish and pacific cod. We couldn’t ask for better fishing or guests at the lodge.

We may have been a little MIA here but don’t worry because the fish haven’t. Last week our guests did us proud and we couldn’t be happier with what they brought back to the dock.
