On this overcast summer morning guests enjoyed a hot breakfast starting at 8:00 am, Waffles were the pastry with warm Vermont maple syrup. More guests arrive today. Traveling Innkeeper and Savannah also got to enjoy a warm waffle.

Another 5 Star TripAdvisor review just came in from two sisters who stayed with us last weekend. Five star reviews really help Innkeepers and staff feel that we are offering a special experience for our guests.

Temperatures this morning are cooler with solid grey skies. First couple had a hot breakfast at 8:00 am and left quickly after breakfast since they are looking at wedding venues. Two couples enjoyed breakfast at 9 am. The last couple really enjoyed visiting with our traveling Innkeeper. Our breakfast assistant, Savannah completed breakfast setup and also served all tables. Guests in the Jane Austen room checked out just before 10:00 am to head home so Savannah has already stripped their room.

Bright sunny summer morning with the summer solace creating the longest sun lite day of the year. First couple came to breakfast at 8:35 am. Savannah was the breakfast assistant. Then a 9:00 am breakfast. One guest chose not have breakfast because she was meeting friends at the Wooden soldier for breakfast.

Traveling Innkeeper will be taking pictures of the Shakespeare room with the new canopy bed and spring comforter to send to our website guru. Savannah is in the process of flipping the Jane Austen room for today's arriving guests. Savannah has a fixed routine down when it comes to preparing a guest room for incoming guests.

Beautiful cool sunny morning with all our guests enjoying a hot out of the oven breakfast at 8 am. Savannah was the breakfast assistant. Guests checking out loved their stay and will be back. That is the best compliment we can received. Our Chef works hard at preparing a separate hot breakfast for each guest's table. Our breakfast is Chef's choice we do not have a menu since we cannot do short order stove top cooking so all dishes are baked in the oven.

Much cooler temperatures with less humidity. Three tables of guests enjoyed an eight am breakfast and one table had a nine am breakfast. Chef was down at 6 am to start breakfast prep. Savannah came in next to do breakfast set up. Chelsea arrived just before to serve. Traveling Innkeeper took care of the maple bacon. One room has already been flipped for today's incoming guests. When Chelsea & Savannah do a room together it is a lot quicker than one person doing it.

Cool wet morning with light steady rain. A lot of guests arrive today. One room asked for an early check-in due to an afternoon funeral. Looks like it is going to be a very wet weekend.

A new metal canopy bed frame was just set up in the Shakespeare room by traveling Innkeeper and Innkeeper's son, Alex. We will need to do new pictures of the room for our website.
