Lucia Bleu Cottages is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, professional and personable individual to assist in preparing short-term resort-style vacation rentals for guests. This involves staging the cottages for guests' arrival and managing the turnover process after guests leave, as well as interacting with guests on occasion.

This individual must be willing to follow a set of guidelines, learn the entire process, and have a high level of competency working alone while taking initiative to complete a variety of tasks as needed.

These duties range from cottage related errands, arranging flowers, and setting up amenities in addition to washing/drying/folding towels and linens, making beds, and assisting cleaners to ensure spotless cottages.

Position is part-time, starting at $18/hr. Hours will be flexible and depend on cottage occupancy. Tasks must be completed before the 4 pm check-in time on the day of a guest’s arrival.
